Kauvery OHS – Privacy Policy

1. Data Ownership & Responsibility

All information displayed or captured through the Kauvery OHS application:

• Resides exclusively on the client organization's server
• Is entered, updated, and managed by the client's clinical and administrative teams (such as the CMO, OHC doctor, HR, or EHS personnel)
• Is not stored, processed, accessed, modified, or shared by Kauvery Hospital

Kauvery Hospital acts solely as the platform and technology provider. The client organization retains full responsibility for data ownership, accuracy, protection, retention, and compliance with applicable health-information and data-privacy regulations.

2. How the System Works

Client Web Application (On-Premise)

• The Kauvery OHS web application is hosted entirely within the client organization's IT infrastructure.
• Authorized personnel such as the CMO/OHC doctor/HR/EHS staff enter and manage employee health data directly on the client-controlled server.
• Kauvery Hospital does not access or maintain this data.

Employee Mobile App

• Employees log in using credentials provided by their employer.
• The mobile app retrieves data securely from the client's server and displays it on the employee's device.
• No personal or medical data is stored or processed by Kauvery Hospital.

Kauvery Hospital's Role

• Kauvery Hospital provides the mobile application, software framework, and secure communication layer.
• Kauvery Hospital does not host medical data and does not act as a data controller or data processor.
• No data is used for analytics, profiling, marketing, or external purposes.

3. Data Security

Because all data resides within the client's own environment:

• The client organization is responsible for server security, network protection, access control, backups, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. For more information, please visit TASL Policies
• The Kauvery OHS platform uses industry-standard encrypted communication protocols to ensure secure data transmission between the client server and the mobile app.
• Kauvery Hospital does not log, store, or retain user data on its systems or cloud environments.

4. No Data Sharing

• Kauvery Hospital does not collect, store, sell, rent, or share any employee health or personal information.
• No data is transmitted to Kauvery Hospital or any third-party entity managed by Kauvery Hospital.
• All data exchange occurs solely within the client's internal infrastructure.

5. User Access

• Only employees of client organizations enrolled into the Kauvery OHS system may access the app.
• The app does not support public sign-up or individual registration.
• The app functions only when connected to the client's on-premise server.

6. Updates to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in functionality, security practices, regulatory requirements, or app-store policies. Any updates will be made available within the app and on the app store listing.
